Friday evening — flat calm, sunny, warm  

 

Ran north to 250 fow and began a north troll, reached the 300 fow area and hit a nice bow so we began a circle.  We continued to fish the same area and boated another bow and missed a couple before calling it a night.  One fish was caught on a mag TNT and the other on a chrome echip/moonshine spin fly.

 

Saturday— calm lake, partly sunny, warm,

flea-o-meter - 4 inshore 8 offshore

 

Set up again in 40 fow and had some bait on the sonar.  Began to circle the area, boated a lake trout on a WMD along the bottom.  On the second circle we missed a fish on the black & silver Evil Eye.  After several passes we made the decision to run offshore. 

We set the lines in at the 28N line and began a north troll.  The fishing off shore ended up being a slow pick with scattered pockets of fish.  We went as far north as the 32N line.
